Global Media Advertising No Results, Realeased Credit Card Information, Charged for Free Services Beaverton Oregon

My initial contact with them was in September, they offered me a 30 day free trial and if I did not cancel they would charge my card $89 per month, the initial cost was $19.95 domain fee. Once they had my card information for about a week I received a fraud notification from my bank, my card had been compromised and several charges were attemepted on my card. One was paypal for $1 and then hundreds of dollars in attepted charges followed at everything from the state fair to $800 at Walmart. At first I did not associate the two.

I called in October to cancel my account so that no further charges would be processed and I was promised another free month, they would waive the $89 and that I did not have to cancel, they would contact me and if I liked the results, we would talk from there.

They did not attempt to contact me until they attempted to process an $89 payment for November which the assured me Woud Not happen. It just so happened that my account information had been changed when my card was compromised. They have harrassed me, they call me several times each day and I have asked them to please play the recording of my phone call becuase I insisted that the fact that I would not be charged be reiterated over and over again in the October phone call. They do not have a recording, even though it is stated that the conversation "may" be recorded for quaility assurance. At this point they are insisting that I owe them money and that they will continue to charge me monthly until I give the my current credit card information. I cannot "cancel" my account until I bring it current. I will not answer their calls and I refuse to give them my credit card information for many reasons.
