Guy called, good sales pitch, said we could have a 45 day trial. Someone would call and set up information on internet that would get leads for me for real estate sales from Bing when buyers typed in certain phrases for a certain area. No one ever talked to me about the information they needed to set up a “site” for me where all these leads would be sent. On the next 13th of the month, I get billed for $256. for the next month. Called and said that I wanted to cancel. That I have not had any leads and no one had ever contacted me about how this was suppose to work. I repeated many many times that I wanted to cancel. After about thirty minutes I agreed to continue to the end of the month ( I had already paid for) and then cancel out then. No one called about nothing, no emails received. I keep all my emails on two computers and double checked that after the initial email received, I didn’t get any more. No one called to give me information or get information about a “site” they were to set up for me. Next month on the 16th of the month, I get billed for $256. for the next month. I immediately called and said that I didn’t want the service, that I wanted my money back. They said that they had bought the spot on Bing and I owed the money. Hogwash, you can’t buy a spot on Bing, you can sign up for a ad if certain words a searched then you pay for each time the ad is clicked on or if you choice pay by impressions. Anyone can do that. Bottom line is after thirty minutes they say that I can’t have my money back and they have a recording saying that I was told that I needed to cancel by the 13th. Of course it didn’t matter that I had tried to do that the month before and through a long high pressured conversation they convinced me to stay aboard until the end of the month. Do not do business with this people
