Global Tel Link EXTORTION Denver Colorado

My fiance is presently doing time in a NYS correctional facility. MCI/Global Tel Link is the only telephone company that I know of that does telephone service to correctional facilities. They are extorting money from me.

My bill does not make sense. Customer service at MCI/Global Tel Link does not make sense. No one never knows anything when you call there. There is never a supervisor there to file a formal complaint. It is bad enough when you call MCI/GTL they keep you on hold for 2 hours. After getting through they tell you to write a letter.

My bill one day will be $148 after one phone call it can range from $160-$170. After paying $50 on the bill it will only go down to only $130 then the phone is cut off again after two more phone calls. This is extortion like I've never seen it before. I'm being penalized for a crime my fiance commited. This is so unfair for them to take advantage of people like this. I think there is a lawsuit in this somewhere.
