Global Tel Link My Son will call me and we constantly get a recored message "3 way detected" and our call will end! They don't give us teh entire 20 minutes I pay $3.50 for??? Denver Colorado

My son is in a correctional facility in Forks, WA. I encurage him to call me as much as he can. I have 2 home phones in my home. I have him call my personl phone but it has gotten more frequient that when we are visiting - all the sudden we will get a recorder that says "3 way call detected" and the call is ended by Global Tel Link! he will immedicately call back. As you can imagin this get very expensive. When I received my phone bill I highlighted the call's showing where he ened up having to call back. I called Global Tel Link and they informed me that they WILL NOT credit calls back over 5 minutes! I explained you can clearly see on my bill where he called back after just 8 or 11 minutes. I was told this was policy and bacically there is nothing that can be done if the calls are under 5 minutes~! Well, I asked my Son to call my home business line and guess what SAME THING! I call Global Tel Link again and guess what the credit they said they would issue - well they never did! They tell you want you want to hear and yes, I held for over 20 minutes and finally used the call back. I did get a call back but I was put on hold in between my questions!?

Global Tel Link has a SCAM going on and apparently I'm not the only one they are scaming???? This is wrong and needs to be stopped!!! I have all my phone bills and plan on faxing them over and over agina until I get a responce. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau (thebbb.org) and the Attorney Generals Office to file a complaint. Everyone else should as well. I'm not one to complain but this is wrong. My Son was in the wrong place at the wrong time and he is being punish for his action. Why should we be punished by Global Tel Link?
