This company makes you pay in advance to speak with a inmate. Only at a cost that is not only outrages but cheats you on the time you pay in advance for. Then when you try to call them to rectify the problem
all you get is a recording sorry we have to much call volume. LOL Wonder why(Because everyone like me that was ripped off is trying to get in touch with them) These people need to be stopped and sent to jail like my inmate.

Maybe when they do the time they wont be so quick to rip others off. I know the Rock county jail is ripping off inmates as well. This service is for them not the jail to profit from, I hope some attorney takes this company on and I can be there when they go to Jail.
