Global Tel Link Pre Paid for calls still not able to receive them. Lincoln Nebraska

I have pre-paid Global Tel for call services, I am still unable to receive calls.
When I first set up my phone to receive calls through this service, I was able to get calls for about a month at the rate of $18.00 plus tax per fifteen minute call.

After I paid my phone bill they put a block on my line so I could no longer receive calls unless I set up an account with them. I did set up an account after I received my first bill and paid it my phone was blocked again from receiving calls.

I was then told I had to prepay to receive calls,
I pre-paid Fifty Dollars 00/100 $50.00 of this amount, Ten Dollars $10.00 went to pay for the cost of pre-paying. The balance I have not been able to use I have been told several different versions of why I am still unable to receive calls that have already been paid for.

This company is a real rip-off They are taking advantage of a contract that they have with many state owned and operated facilities. I hope something can be done to stop this abuse, of people that are forced to use this service through no fault of there own. With effort maybe enough complaints can be filed to get the state corrections systems that are using this company to take another look at there unfair and possibly illegal business practices.
