I dont know what the department of DOC could be thinking about using this company as the telecommunications provider, they are truly cannot do the job, After sending in my payment on time, they cashed my check, then a week later put a block on my phone for none payment, after calling several times, speaking with several people, being on hold for over an hour on each call, cannot get to anyone in the Corporate level still the block remains and at present it is 9.15am. I have been on hold since 8.05 and still no resolution to this problem.

in the meantime my child cannot call home, couldnt call to wish me Happy Mothers Day, I guess since they operate for the DOC they couldnt care less. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE Surely they cannot continue operating a business in this manner, brief update I just spoke with someone for 3 minutes and now I am back on hold, ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE NOT TO MENTION UNACCEPTABLE
