Calling me weeks ago leaving messages telling me to return there call but giving no info about why. The number was a 866 number. Then I got a call on a Saturday when they need to speak to me and confirm an address that I haven't lived at for years.
The name they were trying to confirm was a name I only use in my return address on mail I send out. I hung up and called back the number 201-210-3618. She had a Indian accent, and knew who I was immediately. Wouldn't give me ANY info about the company - no website, no address, no supervisor. Very strange and upsetting.

I just posted my own report on global vantage. It is indeed upsetting how they call you up asking you to confirm your personal info. They refuse to give any information about themselves. I am assuming that their website is globalvantage.com however since I never got any info from them other than cookie cutter responses that could be fake as well.
My opinion is that these people are calling from what appears to be india because of the way they speak british english with an indian accent. Maybe they are paying investigation agencies to find out personal info about someone and are trying to confirm it so that they can perpetrate some form of identity theft.
I hope you haven't confirmed any personal info with them as I haven't. It's disturbing that someone calls you up with sensitive info and trying to get you to confirm it. Have you recieved anything in writing from them? I sure haven't even though I have requested it numerous times. Good luck to both of us in getting these scamsters caught.
