Global Vantage Called everyday saying they were a collection agency demanding me to pay debt I didn't owe San Rafael California

I got the same recording call everyday asking me to call a 800 number, never told me why. I finally called and an Indian woman said they are a collection company.

They said I had a chage on Citi Sears account I made on 12/7/03 for $591.03 that is delinguent. they said to make it easier for me they can cut the amopunt down to $250.00. If I don't pay up, they will report this to the credit bureau and it will ruin my credit.

I told them I've ALWAYS paid off my credit cards and no way I could owe this. So I hanged up and called Sears card. They confirmed that I don't owe them anything either.

Everybody beware!!! Don't fall for this.

I want to report this to the authorities so they can no longer rip people off. How can I do this?
