GMAC - homecoming Financial Foreclosed on without notice Dallas Texas

Please contact us, we are now going through process with gmac and homecoming financial. We did not even know that homecoming exsisted until now. We were foreclosed on and our house was so sold without even being served with any default etc. I guess the court papers do not exsist. The only papers we recieved were from a realtor that was trying to give us cash for keys claiming that he worked for the lender and he was trying to help yeah right. The other letter was a three day notice stating that we had to get out. The guys name was not even stamped on the letter correctly and had a cell number that the voice mail was full. This does make me mad would love to get to be a part of class action.
