GMAC Homecoming Financial Deceptive Modification/Foreclosure Waterloo Iowa

 Modification continously sent, told to hold payment until mod was approved. Continously mislead, ended up filing bankruptcy after the amount was outrageously behind. After setting everything up with the bankruptcy attorney I called mortgage company aftwr making my 6 scheduled payments on time. Mortgage Rep. , "says you should have been approved for mod. going to put it thru right away. So I had the attorney change my chapt. Next I was back in foreclosure, they are a bunch of liars, they knew I had filed bankruptcy to save my home so their recourse was to have the representative tell me oh we are going to help you.
