gmac mr.bandelle took mortgage payments and never modified our mortgae now lost house los angeles California

Mr. Bandelle whom works for GMAC contacted us to modify our mortgage. We were in need and were contacted by several company's. We forward all the information and payments as requested. This was always one more thing needed but as far as we were told we were close and the mortgage company was ready to proceed. Our current mortgage company sent forclosure papers so we contacted them. They had no idea we were modifing threw GMAC.

When we called Mr. Bandelle he said he could stop the forclosure for more money. Didn't sent any! Now he don't answer the phone.
