Just because an adjuster came out and totalled out your vehicle, this doesnt mean that you have a check the next day. Most insurance claims take 30-90 days reguardless of which insurance company you are dealing with. So try and be patient, this is not a scam neither is this a ripoff. Its just the normal course of business. Business takes time. I would go through the whole process with you but I have a feeling thats not why you are here. So if its not for information then you are either complaining to complain or your attempting to use internet blackmail to get a quicker response.
