GMAV customer service are terrible and rep. are very rude. Everytime you call customer service you are always giving misleading information from them. I called them on several occassion trying to get them to fax me documents reference to a short sale before it got to far out of hand. The litigation department informed me that will fax me the paperwork within a time frame of 24 hours, which I never received. I spoke with the litigation dept. again which they informed me that they have to mail me the paperwork which I never received.
GMAC also spoke with my Real Estate Agent on a three way call with me and informed them that the paperwork will be faxed to their office, which we never received.
My house was foreclosed on and my was sold without even being served with any default. I only received a three day notice to vacate the property.
Oh let me tell you this my belongings were thrown out on the streets.
