GMAC refuses to let me setup a method of payment via their website unless I open a checking account or credit card. They took over my loan from Citibank without my knowledge and then when I tried to setup "auto-pay" I sent them a voided check and took all the necessary steps to insure my GMAC loan was paid on time, and not only do their creditors continue to harass me, but they have submitted a false credit report to the 3 major credit companies with a false claim of over 90 days late. I am in the process of suing them.
