GMAC mortgage company promised a loss mitigation package in which they had no intention of giving. They sold the property knowing in advanced that he deed was faulsified on my mothers death bed. I had no legal leg to stand on with the various illegal transactions that took place.

as tyou can see gmac is and has been doing wrong to people all over dont give up try contacting hud at 202-708-1112 see if gmac has violated any of the respa rules you can go online and look up their site www.hud.gov/offices and see if there is one near you if you ned any more help see my story gmac deaf dumb and blind read it i have all kinds of info in there and some contact people
also for every one there are at this time three attorneys looking into a classaction suit against gmac so keep your ears and eyes open for it
