Gmac mortgage company is responsable in paying my insurance on my home thay faled to do so. know they ate billing me for insurance on my house. thay are responsable in paying the insurance and thay failed why should i pay the bill for their mistake this has been going on for a whole year and the company tells me that thay are a huge company and I can't do anything about it. thay are charging me a lot of money and fees for nothing.

MY NAME IS IRA CYRUS .......
I HAD A MORTGAGE WITH GMAC. WHEN COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, I REQUESTED A MODIFICATION, THIS IS WHAT THEY DID FOR ME:
THEY LOWERED MY LOAN APR RATE TO 1.3% , AND AS A RESULT MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WAS LOWERED TO $1144.66 FOR FIVE YEARS.
NOW THIS IS THE GOOD PART. OUT OF THAT AMOUNT $800.00 GOES TOWARD REDUCING MY PRINCIPAL. YES THIS IS NOT A TYPO. PRINCIPAL. IN OTHER WORDS DURING THE NEXT FIVE YEARS, I AM GOING TO LOWER MY PRINCIPAL ABOUT $48000.00 . NONE MY FRIENDS BELIEVE THAT UNTIL I SHOW THEM MY MONTHLY BILL. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST.
I WISH THEM GOOD LUCK AND I AM SURE THEY WILL BE A SUCCESSFUL MORTGAGE COMPANY WHO WILL BE AROUND FOR ANOTHER 100 YEARS. THANKS GMAC.
PS: I DID NOT KNOW AND NEVER KNEW ANYONE IN THAT COMPANY. NEVER WORKED FOR THAT COMPANY, OR HAD ANY AFFILIATION WITH ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THAT COMPANY.
