GNS INC NEVER SENT THE TRIAL BOTTLE, I CALLED 4 TIMES, THEN I GOT 2 BOTTLES ON 2/7.2/8 THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR 79.95 ON MY CREDIT CARD ARVADA Colorado

ON JANUARY 23, 2009 I ORDERED A TRIAL BOTTLE OF ACAI BERRY FROM GNS, INC. AND ALSO A BOTTLE OF COLON CLEANSE. I GOT THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR COLON CLEANSE BUT NOT THE ACAI BERRY.
BOTH CHARGES WERE ON MY CREDIT CARD.
I GOT THE TRIAL OF COLON CLEANSE FINE, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE ACAI BERRY.
I CALLED 4 TIMES FOR SUPPORT ON THE ACAI BERRY AND WAS TOLD A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK, THEY NEVER DID.
FEB 7 I GOT 2 BOTTLES OF ACAI BERRY IN THE MAIL, ON FEB 8 I HAD 2 CHARGES OF 79.90 ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE BOTTLES.
EVEN IF I WANTED TO KEEP THEM ONLY ONE CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

GNC FINALLY GAVE ME MY REFUND

I was contacted by GNC this week by email. They agreed to send me my refund if I would update my posting. I did receive the refund this morning on my credit card.
