Well, I didn't check out this site before I ordered the product. After reading the complaints, I too wondered how you can have a 30 trial period....that starts from the day you order (how can that be?). By the time you get the product, you maybe at best get a 10 to 12 day trial. I called within the time period and got a return and autoship cancel number.....but was not advised they would still charge my card anyway until they got their product returned to them.....nice of them to omit that little detail.

The product is now on its way back, with a tracking number so we will see if the keep their promise of refunding my money after they get their product back. I think they have some deep ethical issues at their business. I will not order a product from this company or any of its affiliations. I guess I should add the product is in no way shape or form different from anything else being pushed as a diet break through.....I'll stick to the basic eat less, exercise more :)
