GNS, Inc. LIES LIES and more LIES Arvada Colorado

I was listening to the radio and heard an advertisment for SlimSeduction. The ad stated " call with in x amount of minutes and be part of a trial" and that you would receive 2 bottles of SlimSeduction for the cost of S & H (6.95).

When I called the toll free number, it was all automated, pitching for more products. I went through the whole thing only because I had already given my creditcard number. I refused all other products.

I received the 2 bottles on 8/11/08. I seen the invoice dates for autoship and called the company on 8/12/08 to cancel any further shipments. I did receive a confirmation number for my cancellation. I asked the customer service rep several times " I will not see ANYTHING on my creditcard" she stated no. Less than 10 days later a charge of 39.95 is charged and another 7 days after that, it wasnt until I received an overdraft that I even looked at my bank statement.

I called the company the same day 9/3/08 the customer service rep told me to look in several places on my invoice for information, which is indeed there, however it all looks like the same information about autoship, she said that the "free" is free delayed payment. That is not what the ad stated nor was that information given during the ordering process. And it is to late to return product. I was very upset, the customer service rep told me " do not speak to me that way" when I said fine let me speak with the supervisor, she hung up on me. When I called back the second rep told me they had the right to do that and basically gave me the same run around.

Do not purchase this product or anything else from this company. If you call record all conversations, they do lie and deceive. In all honesty it has to be illegal.So I am stuck with 2 bottles of pills, and 4 charges to my bank account.

The real kicker... I am still stuck with every pound I started with.
