THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE F*CKING SCHEMEFUL! SEVERAL TIMES I HAD TO DEAL WITH THESE LIARS. GETTING MY REFUNDS BACK ON A TIMELY MANNER IS F*CKING UNHEARD OF. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE IT WAS OVER 9 F*CKING DAYS!
