Gold's Gym employee: Sherry Bait N Switch Aiken SC

We went in to take advantage of a $10 special(which didn't exist), but ended up agreeing to a $19.99 month to month NO contract instead. We signed a detatched machine, like is at the grocery store. Then they printed out a 24 month contract with our signature on it! I'm still  having trouble believing it myself, so it"s hard to ask others to, but it"s true. Apparently it's not illegal either. It's our word against theirs and now the manager is acting like we have buyers remorse instead of the fact that they are trying to steal from us.
