Gold's Gym kicked my wife and me out of the gym for complaining about the facility and then terminated our membership without cause or due process. The have refused to address all letters of complaints and have refused to talk to the BBB. Gold's Gym needs to establish a policy that would prevent similar incident from ever occuring they also need to establish policy where they listen to their customers and treat the customers with respect.

A small Claims lawsuit was filed and a Judge heard the case. The Judge found that Gold's Gym in East Windsor, NJ was liable and award a judgment against Gold's Gym.
