We are a couple who are just scrapping by on one spouses wage. I am disabled and can't work. We needed money to pay off medical bills and other personal depts.

We were hoping that Grant Seeker Pro was our answer to our financial problems Ha! Ha! They sent us outdated grant information for $79.00 plus shipping. All togather $84.00.

I was told if I was not thrilled with my membership, I could cancel within 30 days and get a full refund of $79.00. I called them and left a voice mail several times and never got an answer.

I went online and canceled my membership and asked again for my refund. I called again and got a real person! They said the 30 day trial was expired and they could not refund my money.

It took me more than 30 days to get a responce from them.

I wish We would have been smart enough to reseach this before falling in!

AUTHOR: Leamaria - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 10, 2009

Back in early 2006 my husband was thinking hard about creating and owning a business of his own, he was fed up with working for someone else, still is. He came across "Grant Seeker Pro" on a web site that listed the top 10 best grant helpers available. After receiving the initial book and CD he felt this program could help him develop a business plan and find the appropriate grants to help fund his new business. This is exactly what they want you to believe but is in no way how it plays out.

See, my husband was suckered into much more money than any I've read about here, approximately $1800.00 total. We paid on this monthly for about a year and a half until it was paid. I think I was pissed off about the ending results because they insisted before my husband signed up that there were plenty of grants available for the type of business my husband was planning, this was an outright LIE!
The grants available through this company are the same ones you find by doing a free internet search, what you find is mostly for education, housing, and minority grants. You have to write to the foundations or corporations giving the grants, with an application letter that you have to create and word just perfectly. This is part of what Grant Pro Seeker teaches you in your sessions.

This company in no way gets anyone free-money or grants as suggested. This company assigns an individual to you for a specified amount of time and sessions, and then you're on your own.
They will walk you through the creation of a business plan, teach you how to write grant applications, and give you suggestions about business funds. Because there were only a few small grants available for his type of business, the competition was vast so this really helped him none.

He was then instructed by his assigned individual to seek a loan through a bank to fund his business. Uh, hello this doesn't work unless one has some very large collateral to back it.
My husband was led to believe that getting these grants was easy as pie if he kept an open mind and was teachable. Well, he held up his end of the bargain, paid dearly for it and isn't any further ahead now than he was. One thing you learn from experiences like this is always do your homework and research everything before stepping into a pile of s**t with your eyes open. Live and Learn!!
