I ordered from Grant Seeker Pro, Inc. (GSP) a Grant Guide Book and CD Rom for $59.95. In addition, I also ordered the 3 Year Updates in the amount of $19.95. The total amount was $79.94 plus $9.99 for shipping and handling totaling to $89.93. I ordered two sets one from my Bank Account and the other on my Discover Credit Card. Both orders totaled $179.86. GSP charged both my Discover Card and my Bank account cards $29.95 each, in the past few months.

I never ordered this service and I did not authorize these transactions. The Private Database is given free for one moth. If the customer doesnt cancel within that month, their accounts will be charged $29.95 per month. I never ordered this service and took great care to remove it from my cart both times I placed an order.

After discovering my bank account was charged, I contacted Grant Seeker Pro, Inc.s Customer Support via E-mail on Thursday, January 24, 2008. A representative named Sharon, the Sales Manager wrote back insisting I had ordered the service, but that it would be cancelled. She even claimed that she spoke to me personally, which is false because I have never called Grant Seeker Pro, Inc. When I replied back to her telling her that I have never called their offices, she then went on to tell me that she distinctly remembered me because she had a headache and the password she gave me was aspirin. When I refuted this fact she then told me she could produce recordings of the call, but it would take her a couple of weeks. I then demanded a refund and she never replied again.

After the initial incident with Grant Seeker Pro, Inc., I then realized that they may have been charging my Discover Account. Upon my investigation they had been. I disputed the charges with Discover Card on Thursday, January 24 2008 and they immediately reversed the charges pending an investigation. They somehow proved that I ordered the program and the charges have now been reversed. According to Discover Card Security, they had charged my account again.

The following details Grant Seeker Pro, Inc. unauthorized actions on my two accounts:

Discover Card

12/15/07 $29.95
1/25/08 $29.95
2/16/08 $29.95

This amount totals to $89.95.

Bank Account
1/23/08 $29.95
2/25/08 $29.95

This amount totals to $59.90.
