After following their refund Policy to a tee, I received a letter on July 12, 2007 stating my refund would be processed and sent in 8 to 10 weeks.

LET'S COUNT PEOPLE....it's NOVEMBER!!

Yup...still no check. I didn't realize it took 12 weeks to receive a letter from Canada.Plus, when I call, I get the old "check is in the mail" gag. I just called again, and what a shocker....ALL phone numbers for this company are no longer in service.
