Great Cars And Trucks.com Ripped Off a Clergyman With No Shame or Guilt! Calgary Alberta

I am a Lutheran Pastor in Asheville, NC. GREAT CARS AND TRUCKS pulled my name and car information off of AutoTrader.com and called me saying they had 5 buyers looking for a car just like mine. If I listed it with them I could sell it for more than Auto Trader and they would have the buyers call me within 48 hours. It was the guranteed buyers lined up and ready to buy my car that psychologically tricked me into paying the $192.18 with a money back guarantee as assurance. I agreed on July 25, 2007.

After waiting a week for the guaranteed buyers to call I quickly figured out that I had been scamed! When I called to follow up they couldn't attach a picture of my car nor would the saleswoman that suckered me into buying an add speak with me.

I discounted the price of my car twice but never once received a phone call from a buyer that was interested.

It has been over 90 days now and I have faxed in my notarized Money Back Gurantee form. They said it will take 8-10 weeks to process. Having read other Ripoff Reports I seriously doubt I will ever receive a refund.

I wish there was some type of legal action I could take. Someone ought to have the power to shut this operation down! Too many honest people - EVEN PASTORS - are being taken advantage of by these crooks.
