In August of 07 I received a call from Tyler with Great Cars and Trucks.com telling me about their proven service to sell my car on the internet. He gave me statistics about their great success rate and how they get buyers, pre-qualify them and get them in touch with financial institutions to buy my car. The best part was, he continued, that I won't loose anything because of their 90 Days Money Back Guarantee. The ad would run for three month, I can send pictures of my car to be published on my ad and at the end of 90 days, if they hadn't sold my car I would get my money back.

Sounded good to me, I immediately obtained all the paperwork to be completed for the Money Back Guarantee, just in case it wouldn't sell.
While the ad was running, I was able to occasionally speak with a customer representative. After the 90 days were up, I was not able to get in touch with anybody in that company and my numerous messages that I left with them went unanswered.

In the meantime I have followed the instructions to the dot in order to get the $189.00 refunded back to my credit card. I think this company is a ripoff and the public should be aware not to do business with them.
