Great Cars And Trucks.com ripoff company refuses to a refund that they promised to Internet

I was called one evening by greatcarsandtrucks.com while I was in my garage. They called because they found my add in the autotrader for my car for sale. He said for $199 they would list my car, and if it didnt sell through them in 90 days I would get a full refund.

I refused the offer and said its in the auto trader now and I have been getting lots of interest. So I have no need to advertise anyehere else. He continued to try and persuade me, and he said even if it were to sell to someone who saw it in the trader that he would refund my money. I told him I had someone interested from Saskatoon right now and they were going to look at it on the weekend and it might sell to him. He said if I list it with him it would probably sell before that, and if it didint, and the guy from saskatoon bought it, to call him and he would refund my money.

Well the guy from Saskatoon bought it 2 weeks later. And Mike from greatcarsandtrucks.com wont return my calls. I called their head office and told them what happened and they told me there is no way I will get a refund because my car is sold. I have since checked their website and read their 90 day guarantee. It backs up what head office told me. But thats not what I was guaranteed over the phone the night I gave my credit card number to Mike.

My ad is still on their website for sale, its been 2 months, and I have only had 1 call because of it, and the only reason he knew about greatcarsandtrucks.com was because they just finished calling him trying to get him to list his car on their website. I want my $199 back.
