GreatcarsandTrucks.com Failure to refund ad payment in time they said it would take place, email address given to contact them does not work! Calgary Alberta Canada
*Consumer Suggestion: get your refund
*Consumer Comment: Craig McMorran - GreatCarsandTrucks OWNER Email address
I waited the prescribed time for refund. The refund did not arrive and I tried contacting them with provided email addrerss and it does not work.
I called their phone number and no one answers. The recording on the phone says to leave a message.
I left a message and still no return call.
Looks like a big hype rip off.

I also spoke with him on the phone today (though it took a lot of foot work and ingenuity to track down a number to reach him on).
A key factor in this scam I recently discovered is the following: in most cases you have 90 days from the date your transaction is processed to file a dispute with your bank or credit card company in order to recover your money. Coincidentally, GCAT.com won't allow you to file a refund claim until AFTER the 90 days. Now I'm no rocket scientist (because I got caught by these jerks as well), but that is a very calculated "guarantee".
