Greatcarsandtrucks.com Dodging promissed refunds,phone calls and emails 29 weeks sofar !! Calgary Alberta

I see I'm not the only one being ripped off by GC&T. I'm writing this after 6 mos. + of aggravating phone calls after receiving my refund "approval" letter, which frankly I was surprised to even receive.
I only heard about this reporting site after the fact, so I guess I'm fortunate not to also have my credit card abused.

After waiting the prescribed 10 weeks, nothing happened, so I made my first call, they (their answering svc.) told me processing was running slow and to check with my credit card company in another 2 weeks. Of course, nothing happened.

On follow up calls, I was never able to speak to the manager or anyone else and would frequently just get recordings.When you did leave a message, it of course was ignored. This continued for several more months and then once in mid Sept., after conveying anger and demanding to speak with someone, I was connected to a lady in admin. that was very cordial and sympathetic and took the time to look for my file, which was located "in the wrong place" (what a surprise!). She said she would get it processed and to check back with my credit card co. in a few weeks as well as with her. It's no surprise that the refund still isn't there and she is "not available" when I try to call back.
I can only warn everybody to steer clear of this company and if your reading this after the fact, then consider your money GONE !!

I'll be more than happy to participate in any group legal action plans.
