When I arrived in my final destination, the Greyhound employee who took out my bag from the bus damaged it. As he knew it was his fault, we filled out a form together and he said it would be sent to the company’s office in Dallas in order to proceed with the refund.
I asked him to do it as soon as possible, because I would leave the country in 45 days. It was more than 30 days and now there is just 15 more days remaining to me in USA, but the problem is still stopped. Not just I didn’t receive any contact from the company yet, but I called there and they said there is no complain in my name in their systems! I am really angry!
I don’t know what else to do. I hope this complain can help me with my refund.
