GlobalTel Link When I get a call, it won’t go through even after pressing #5 then it hangs up. On many occasions after pressing #5 the voice prompt then loops around again. Contacting support@globaltel.com listed on GTL website to report this issue, is a waste of time. Boca Raton

GTL CONNECT NETWORK STOLE $50- PUT $50 into an account for an inmate and then they MOVED the inmate to a different facility and they REFUSED to transfer the $50 to where the inmate was transferred to, so they could use the money, and they refused to refund the $50 also........
