Guaranty Bank Best Bank Unfair draft from checking account Brown Deer, Wisconsin

My account was overdrawn by 31 on Monday August 30, 2010 due to a "pending" transaction.  This institution charged drafted an additional $25.00 from that checking account even though a cash deposit of over $900 was made that same day.  The Dacula GA Branch Manager and customer service both claimed there was nothing that they would do, both refusing to reverse this charge.  

In the interest of full disclosure, this institution has reversed other charges this year after my complaints about their seemingly sorted business practices.  Further, I have paid overdraft charges this year without complaining when I felt they were due.  This charge, however, is clearly an abuse of the trust placed with them.
