Guthy renker - sheer Cover Sheer Cover No matter what you say, they'll keep on sending and charging Internet

I ordered the hugely over-hyped "Sheer Cover" mineral makeup from a Guthy Renker Corp television advertorial.  It was not an exceptional product, but that isn't the point. When I ordered by phone, I made it EXTREMELY clear that I did not want any additional material sent to me -- just the advertised special. I was assured that this would not happen.

When I received the makeup, however, I noticed that the shipping form indicated that I would indeed "automatically" receive another $90 supply of the stuff in a few weeks' time!  I was furious!  I went right to the phone and began calling its "24/7 customer service number" to protest.

Surprise! It never answered -- after 23 calls on five different days -- no answer. 

So I emailed their customer service address.   It came right back to me. No email contact was possible, either. There is no way to contact these crooks. 

I had to cancel my debit card in order to prevent the "cramming" that my bank rep assured me is common in the case of Guthy Renker.   They just keep charging you for their garbage products, even those you never even heard of. 

This has been extremely inconvenient for me and forced me to contact a number of venders with whom I have an automatic withdrawal relationship in order to insure that my good name remains intact. I will never, ever do business with Guthy Renker again and I will tell everyone I know what that company is up to.
