The Customer service for Sheer Cover was the absolute worst ever! On one occasion they claimed to send out a kit to replace the kit that never arrived, but the CSR could not give me the tracking number, stating that it "did not show up on their end". Five business days passed and nothing came. When I called back the package had not been shipped at all! This was of course followed with the usual apology, with the promise of a gift to make up for the inconvenience. This was the second of such offers, the first was when the original kit did not come in. After finally receiving the kit..and the wrong consollation gift (the first one never showed up) I called and cancelled the account.
Months later they started sending cards asking me to come back, this was ripped and discarded, and future mailings discarded as well.
To sum it up; Third party collection agency started calling me, claiming I owed on a kit ( I sent them packing ) that was never received.
When I called Guthy Renker, the representative actually admitted they had tried to push a payment thru to my cc company. Little did they know that I contacted my cc company shortly after cancelling my account, and put up a stop to any further billing attempts.
Considering that I paid for goods at time of order, there is no way I can possibly owe for anything, and since their packages do not require a signature, they cannot stick this to me. If this shows up on my credit report, it will not only be disputed, but a lawsuit will be slapped on them.
