I am a hard person to amaze. But, by golly good ole Leeza and her Sheer Cover snake oil band of thieves sure did just that! I fell hook line and sinker for the come on everybody else is compalining about. The $29.99 deal, then my account gets pinged for $106.00!! What?? I was furious. I soon found out that getting helped on the phone is a joke - once they find out what it is you want to talk about. So, I fired off a scathing email. The next time I checked my email - I found that the email I sent to G.R. had been returned as undeliverable!! I went through that hat dance at least 4 times. Finally, I got an email address that worked. Big deal - I made little or no progress when I did finally get in touch with them. They lost my account info, couldn't read my emails, blah-blah-blah. Finally after months of the round and round they sent me an affidavit to sign with the information from the stuff I had returned in AUGUST!!

They claimed the package never reached them. I went to the P.O. to get a clear copy of the receipt. What is up with the paper receipts are printed on these days??

Anyway my original receipt was barely legible. The P.O. can't search back that far!!So, I got onlne and found out how to track it that way. They emailed me back a receipt showing the delivery date and the signature receipt for that package. So, now I'm getting ready to email all of that stuff to them and say " Sooooo - it never rached you huh?" This company is just unbelievable!! Leeza should be very proud of herself and of the company she represents. AGHHHH!!  And I hated the stupid make-up anyway - makes me look yellow and wrinkled!! "Beautiful dewy look" Nope!
