I, too, received a check in the amount of $2,990.00 to cover the administrative payment and clearance fees of my winnings.

I have notified Morgan Stanley in case their legal department wants to investigate it.

The companies allegedly providing all this wealth are Publisher's Clearing House, Reader's Digest, Online Sweepstakes, Internet games, etc.

For heaven's sake, do not cash any check like this. You will wind up re-paying it to the bank because it will bounce!
