The six hours on the phone (fighting) July 6th, four hours July 11th and four more hours today July 20, is not enough time for this HCCUA DISCOUNT PROGRAM (NOT medical insurance that I was sold) to take care of my claim. I have had so much stress because of this RIPOFF Co. They are happy to take your money and give you grief instead of what they promise. This company should not be allowed to continue doing business and scamming people into believing they have health care coverage.
If you don't want to have a lot of stress added to your life and pay for health care that will not be provided, then don't do business with HCCUA!
They make promises they won't keep.
