HealthBuy.com Personal and Credit Card data misuse Burbank California

On Jan26/09 I broke up an order procedure, I did not complete the checkout- because of the dubious checkout system. After my breake up, my Personal and Credit Card Datas have been used:
-to track my e-mail adress
-to complete/execute the order procedure and set up the order
-to carge my Credit Card

I sent 2 e-mails directly from the web-site(several minutes after I recognized the scam) asking for explanation and cancelling of the order, and 1 mail to the company the next day.
As answer I got:
-the invitation to call them (oversea) "to discuss in private"
-mail including shipping datas and
-amount higher than the web site offer charging my CC

I am searching for information and support to stop this outrage. There are already at least 3 reports on Ripoff about HealthBuy.com, but not mentioned in the list to built a link.
