I ordered a product on the Dr. Whitaker website on January 23rd which I never received so I called stating I never received it. They saw where I never received it and stated they were going to refund my and resend me another product. But since I paid via paypal they couldn't resend me another product until I gave them my credit card, but i told them the reason I paid via paypal is because I don't want to give out my credit card. I was told there wasn't a supervisor on site and this is when I found out that although I ordered my product on the Dr. Whitaker website the company I was calling was Heathy Directions. Then I asked since I already paid for the product and it got lost because of your processing why can't you just send me another product overnight at no cost to me. I was told because she wasn't authorize to do that; all she could do to send me another product was to do it the way she originally stated. 

That is very misleading; to offer a product on one site; then state I'd get a refund in 7-10 days and in order for me to get another product I have to give out my credit card number with the hopes I'd get my other monies back. Also I was told that the only way they could resend is within 1-2 business days because FedEx will not send a product overnight!  Do they expect me to believe that? Obviously, this poor person doesn't realize (through no fault of her own) that the only reason FedEx won't ship a package overnight is because your company doesn't have that type of business agreement with them. FedEx will ship overnight if their company is willing to pay for it!

I'm very dissatified with Heathy Directions and their online experience needs to be made know to all consumers!!
