 After reading about this seemingly exciting product that appeared on SharkTank, and knowing John Daymond believed in the owner I purchased one of the slings. My credit card was charged the very same day. I would have assumed a 2 to 3 week delivery based on the thank you email and in this day and age, that seemed a bit long. Well it took over three months for an inferior product to arrive at my home. In the meantime, I had multiple emails filled with excuses of how hard she was working to hand-make these items . I don't know who his hand making these items perhaps an infant because the quality was childlike . Unfortunately my credit card company reversed my complaint because the item had been delivered the fact that the quality sucked unfortunately was not reason to honor my request for reversal . The vendor wanted me to return the item and then she would refund me . Based on my past experience in the many rude emails from the vendor I was afraid that if I returned this inferior product I wouldn't get my refund and I'd Not even have this product. Go to her Facebook page it's filled with complaints until she takes them down there are many people out there who do not have their product yet were charged months ago and begged to be patient . John Damon has also not responded to requests for assistance with this vendor yet supposedly he owns 40% of the company.
