Heartpup Do NOT waste your time or money with Heartpup Los Angeles Nationwide

 Back in October of 2015 I ordered a dog sling from Heartpup. After waiting, in December I emailed them requesting about my order. They respond with a false shipping confirmation. I wait again, assuming that a company would actually send a real tracking number. I was wrong and contact them again over and over. Finally in February of 2016 I receive my order. And it was garbage! The one item I received was unfinished and too small. The fabric looked to be cut and did not have finished edges! I contacted Heartpup for an exchange since I was beyond disappointed for my over $100 purchase. I never received a response. After giving it some time I filed a chargeback with my credit card and won in March. It is now the end of May and Heartpup emails me demanding the piece of trash back otherwise they will send me to collections! I'm assuming that they are short inventory, but regardless that is disgusting and shameful. If they just used a normal customer service model they would have never had to deal with the chargeback and I would have exchanged it for the correct item!
