I saw the pet carrier on Shark Tank and ordered one on 1/29/15.  The funds were immediately removed from my credit card.  On 2/9 I received an email stating that deliver was now up to 8 weeks as opposed to the 2 weeks still stated on their web site.  On 4/1, 9 weeks after my order, I demanded a refund if it could not ship within the week.  On 4/9, 10 weeks after my order, I received a sling which turned out to be the wrong color and wrong size.  I returned it (tracking # shows they accepted delivery) and now they with not respond to me.  I have complained to the BBB, the California Attorney General and Daymond John. Next I go to the local news consumer investigator although I am not optimistic on receiving a refund.  If this is not an intentional scam then Ms Balyura, at best, is a very poor business manager.
