Hertz Rent a Car 2 salesmen. I whiite, I african american charged me over fifty dollars for a fuel charge to a car that was returned with a full tank. Auburn, Massachusetts

 I rented a  mitsubishi, 2012 for a totall of 4 days. Started as 2 but used it  2 more. Rented on 7/3/2012 which was a tuesday at 10am. Returned the car sat am by 9:30am. Filled the tank at the Getty station less than 1 mile away. Showed the african american salesman that the car was clean and  told him tank was full. He said no additional charges would be added and I would be refunded any hold on my credit card, but I was assessed over 50 bucks at 9+ dollars a gallon for fuel for a car that   was returned with  a full tank.     
        
Warning to any people using Hertz. Get a signed statement from the sales people as to condition, fuel, and anything else. They will rip you off if they can.
