Hess Kennedy & Company Not Again.. .Yep and this time by Attorneys Was Syosset New York

Was in financial difficulty and was able to pay off about half of my bills. Unable to pay off about 10 so contacted Hess Kennedy in december. Since that time after paying them 474.00 a month for 4 months for their fee so they said and then 524.00 a month ever since with them taking out 212.00 of that money for themselves absolutely nothing has been done. Not one of my creditors has been contacted to explain that I am in this program. I have been getting letters from attorneys sueing me and threatening me. Phone calls all day long at my home and school where I work. On my cell phone etc.

I am not a fly by night person and I feel terrible aboout this but this company has done nothing but gotten me deeper in debt not with these creditors and gotten them angry with me by not responding to them as they told me not to that they would take care of it . I have called them about three times and they apologized that it was an oversigt that nothing was done but that letters of power of attorney wouled be sent out immediately and that was a while ago and still nothing has been do0ne. I want my money back or soemthing because their delay has added excess late fees etc to the money that I owe. please help me if you can thank you
