SO if not happy or product don't work, return you money is the standard in USA.  Not this company!!  Here is standard statement they point too - Activation of license key or data uploaded to your account. No refund will be due if the license key is activated or if any data from a device is uploaded to online account.

So if you try and it doin't work - NO REFUND

I contact 2-3x a week for a month, got reply pointing to same directions I tried earlier.  Got [rogram to work 1 minute, then crash - After 20_ hours trying to make it work, get the above stament when asking for refund.

DO NOT utilize this company -  I believe all the hype is self-driven and product does not work as advertised.
