*UPDATE Employee: Sorry for the rudeness
hobby lobby is an arts and crafts store, and they also have much more, this location opened up not long ago,i've been in this store five times and not once have i ever had a store employee offer any assistance, most of them walk around like they are dazed and confused or programmed,i went in there the other day to get a birdbath and some garden accessories and i walked around the store and even approached some employees and not one offered any customer assistance,i'll never go there again, what kind of a store is this if they don't help the customers.i guess my money isn't good enough.

i haven't been back to hobby lobby yet, maybe one of these days when they wake up and smell reality that the customers are the #1 priority, thank you for your kindness and care samantha, but what happened at this location to me was'nt your fault at all, but i'm very glad you responded to my incident, i'll update when i return to this nearby location, keep in touch and god bless you.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Sorry for the rudeness

I can't tell you how sorry I am for the rudeness of the employees at the store. Regardless of how new the store is they should have helped. A few of our customer services guidelines, acknowledge a customer if they come with in 10 feet of you, always take the customer to the item don't just point, and if you don't know where it is ask someone who will.
I know it's seems best to write on here about how bad the experience was, but your best bet, and the only why anything will get done, is E-mail corperate and complain to them, they will then forward the E-mail to the district manager, who will then pass it on to the manager of the store.
just go visit the site at hobbylobby, click on customer service, then either take the survey or go to the contact us link and then click on customer service.
I'm sorry for your bad experience at Hobby Lobby, trust me when I tell you not all of the stores are that way, and I hope the one store doesn't stop you from enjoying Hobby Lobby
