I had to comment after reading "The President's" rebuttal.

First off Mrs. President, why don't you answer why you would sell someone a Franchise knowing that their state will not let them get licensed, and without being licensed you can not do business -- however, you forced them to pay Royalties regardless?? Explain how this situation fits with your statement about the people who are posting on this website --quote by you "it was in granting them a franchise in the first place." -- you are exactly correct in this type of situation. Why would you do this, why would you sell a franchise to someone who can't do business?? And this is not the only person HH has done this to. I have personally spoke to several of them. Let's see if we get an answer. I bet I can answer, because you don't give a crap about people and their lives, all you care about is SELLING FRANCHISES!!

Home Helpers has NO ONE that has experience in running a Home Care business. What they do have is people with LOTS of experience SELLING FRANCHISES.

And, the marketing, training etc is so outdated. It's so out dated and does not work -Mrs President - why don't you get out there and hit the streets with your 1970's Marketing plan, charge your clients 21-27 an hour and see how much business you get!

And, also -- that small 1% you talk about would be way more if everyone knew about this site and you know it. I know the majority of people who signed up with me are gone.

I was stupid and signed the agreement without having an attorney look over it. I have since done that and was told "if you brought that to me in the beginning, I would have said this is trash and not to sign it".

What a joke. Don't believe any thing these people say.
