This company had the responsibility of providing warranty services to a home I just bought in Illinois. I had to call in a technician twice for the same issue and they claimed it was not the same issue, even though they kept the same claim number on both calls.

Not only that, every time, they used a clause that stated that they do not honor any warranty on faulty installations to deny my claims. Now, how would I know if some appliance or anything else of that nature is not installed properly after the house has successfully passed a home inspection that deemed these appliances to be functioning properly before I purchased the home. They used this claim on both occasions to deny my claim. This IS IRRESPONSIBLE and borderline criminal as they charged up to $100 as a nonrefundable fee for each technician visit to give me the same baloney answer.

This company WILL NOT honor its responsibilities and uses the current status quo to exploit innocent homeowners. Please do not EVER do business with this company.
